Auction of 140 Program Packages in West Jakarta Completed

Up to early October, West Jakarta Goods and Service Procurement Unit (UPPBJ) has received 242 documents of program package with budget total Rp 551 billion.

The documents have not been received. Maybe the program in city budget is eliminated

"We have total 456 packages with budget total amounted Rp 844 billion for all regional working units in West Jakarta Administration this year," said West Jakarta UPBBJ Head, Firman, Thursday (10/1).

His side has done the auction for 140 packages with budget total Rp 386 billion, while the other 214 packages have not been proposed by related units.

Late Auction, Reservoir Dredging Unoptimal

"The documents have not been received. Maybe the program in city budget is eliminated," he added.

He reminded the units to propose the documents because the deadline is almost end.

"The letter was already sent to West Jakarta Mayor to remind the units for the sake of auction process. We can not hold the auction if the documents are not submitted until middle of this month," he explained.

According to him, the auction for under 45 days-deadline will still be held.

"We can not run the auction for big project with above 45 days-deadline," he disclosed.
